Anna Popova

Laureate of All-Ukrainian competition

Graduated with honors from Donetsk State Academy of Music named after S. Prokofiev, class of academic singing (class of People's Artist of Ukraine, professor, head of the department Kolesnyk Raisa).

Anna Popova - laureate of the first prize and holder of the grand-prix in the All-Ukrainian vocal and conductor's skill competition (category - academic singing), Nizhyn.

2008-2015 she had been working at Donetsk National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after A. Solovyanenko.

In 2009 she took part in International project "Bach Academy", Donetsk.

In 2012 she took part in the master-classes of the concertmasters guild in Moscow.

In 2013 she performed with opera parties (Liu in "Turandot" by J. Puccini, Mercedes in "Carmen" by J. Bizet) at leading Spain stages. She also participated in Gala-Concert Festival of Opera in Marbella (Spain).

Participated in opera music concerts in many Ukrainian cities: Chernigiv, Kyiv, Donetsk, Khmelnitsky and others.

In 2018 she participated in the "Open Air Fest" in Khmelnitsky.

And also she participated on the Khmelnitsky Regional Philharmonic stage as Solomiya in the opera "Bogdan Khmelnitsky" by K. Dankevych.

Soloist' repertoire consist of operatic parties: P.I. Tchaikovsky, Tatiana's party in "Eugene Onegin"; J. Puccini, Liu in opera "Turandot"; J. Puccini, Tosca in opera "Tosca"; J. Bizet, Mercedes in "Carmen"; J. Verdi, Flora party in "Traviata"; J. Verdi, Great Priestess in "Aida"; K. Dankevych, Solomia in opera "Bogdan Khmelnytsky"; V.A. Mozart, Party of the Third Lady in opera "The Magic Flute"; V.A. Mozart, Donnie Anne's party in "Don Giovanni"; V.A. Mozart, mezzo-soprano in "Requiem"; E. Stankovic, soprano in "Opera Rustica".
