Natalia Moldovan

Honored Artist of Ukraine (2009)

Born on 04th of April 1959, in Staryy Ostropil, Khmelnitsky region. 

After the graduating from Musical School in Starokostyantyniv, Khmelnytsky region, she continued studies at the Khmelnitskiy music college named after V. Zaremba at the piano and theoretical department. In 1976 she graduated with honors and entered Kyiv State Music Academy named after P.I. Tchaikovsky (piano faculty, class of prof. V.M.  Vorobyov, at the same time she started attending classes on the organ specialty, ckass of prof. A.M. Kotlyarevsky).

Natalia Moldovan finished post-graduate study at the National Music Academy (organ).

Since 1992 Natalia Moldovan has been working In Khmelnytsky Regional Philharmonic as a soloist-organist. 

During the work she proved to be highly qualified and gifted musician.

Remarkable musical abilities, increasing skills, combined with artistry and temperament, always attract the audience.

Concert repertoire includes works of composers pre-Bach epoch, baroque, classical, romantic epoch to the works of composers of the twentieth century. 

The works of the Ukrainian composers take the leading place in her program.

She was awarded with many honors of national and international levels. She is a laureate of regional award named after V. Zaremba. 

In 2005  Natalia Moldovan was awarded with the Diploma of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine, and in 2009 she was awarded with the honorary title "The Honored Artist of Ukraine".

Natalia Moldovan took part in International festivals of organ music in Kyiv, Sumy, Minsk, Kamyanets-Podilsky, she has got many tours in Ukraine and abroad.

She participated in International master-classes for organists: by professors F. Linda (Slovakia) and J. Trummer (Austria).
