Ihor Merzhievskyi

He was born on July 31, 1997 in the village of Pidvolochysk, Ternopil region.

After graduating from the Pidvolochy Music School, he continued his studies at the Ternopil Music School, which he graduated in 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, he studied at the Ternopil Pedagogical University.

In 2017, he worked at the Ternopil Choral School "Zorinka" as a concertmaster.

In 2017-2018, he worked at the Ternopil Regional Philharmonic.

The position is a vocal accompanist.

While working in the philharmonic, he repeatedly gave concerts in Ukraine and abroad.

While studying in Odesa, he worked at the 4th Children's Music School (2018-2020) and the Odesa Municipal Theater named after A.Salika, working there as concertmaster of the choir, with whom they won the grand prize in the international competition (Slovakia), and also had the opportunity to perform in Austria and Hungary. He worked in the theater from 2018 to 2020.

In 2021, he graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Music named after A. Nezhdanova, where he studied at the piano-theoretical faculty, the teacher's class was T. I. Shevchenko.

He performed as a concertmaster at competitions for academic and pop vocalists, as well as instrumentalists at all-Ukrainian and international competitions, where he won prizes.

The pianist's repertoire includes a large piece of piano music - from classical to modern, as well as music by Ukrainian composers.
