RECITAL OF OLGA ABAKUMOVA (soprano), 28th of November, 18:30.

 

Laureate of International competitions Olga Abakumova (soprano).

She has a bright, consummate coloratura soprano. She is a talented vocalist of bright creative individuality and of high-performance culture.

Her wonderful poetry, impressive temperament and expression, romantic high elevation and the strength of the artistic image always inspire audience excitement and aesthetic pleasure. On the stage she is natural, convincing, organic and expressive.

The repertoire of Olga Abakumova includes arias, romances, vocal works of local and foreign composers.. Opera roles: V.A. Mozart, the party of Queen of the Night from the opera "The Magic Flute"; S. Gulak-Artemovskij, the party of Oksana from the opera "Zaporozhets beyond the Danube"; K. Dankevych, the party of Ghali from the opera "Nazar Stodolya"; K. Orff,  soprano from «Carmina Burana»; J. Pergolesi, soprano from «Stabat Mater».

 

Concertmaster - laureate of International competitions Myroslava Slesar (piano).

Myroslava Slesar took the first place in International Piano Competition in Belgrade (Serbia), being a third year student at Khmelnytsky Music College named after V. Zaremba (under the guidance of a well-known teacher Valeriya Razumova). Pianist's talent, hard work and wonderful teachers brought her to this great achievement.

In 2010 she graduated from the Khmelnitskiy Music College named after V. Zaremba and entered the National Music Academy named after P.I. Tchaikovsky (Kyiv).

While studying at the Conservatory she participated in master-classes by Oksana Yablonska (USA), Gomero Frances (Switzerland), Filippo Gamba (Italy).

From 2013 to 2014 she worked as a concertmaster at Kiev Children's Art School.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked as a piano teacher and a concertmaster at Kamyanets-Podilsky choir school, and from September 2017 she has been working as a teacher at Khmelnitsky Music College named after V. Zaremba.

 

In the program: works by Ukrainian and foreign composers.
